Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a CosmeticMall.com purchase for any reason, you may return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Return requests that are made after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for refunds. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase. 

Online Purchase Return Procedures

To return your item from CosmeticMall.com:

  • Email customerservice@cosmeticmall.com to start a return and get your return shipping label.*
  • Include the original packing slip with your items.
  • Package your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.**
  • Print the Prepaid Return Label.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping locations.***
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase when your return is processed.

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

* Original shipping costs and return shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

** Items that are visibly damaged may not be refunded at full value.
